Home for Christmas!

It has been a crazy week! We have been at the airport late nights and early mornings every other day this week! Philip, Ruthie and A.Jay are all home!

As we were driving Ruthie home from the airport she said, "I never thought I would come "home" to a place I have never been before!" And how true that is. We are having such a splendid time together and really enjoy one another's company! Although there are still the resounding voices yelling. "MOM, he's touching me!"

Ruthie has had the most culture shock because she has not been in a third world country for quite a while. She is a bit shocked at the men peeing on the side of the road, the poverty everywhere and the insane driving habits. But, she is doing okay.

I took her to get a coconut and drink the milk and eat the meat and she really was a good sport about the whole thing! I was proud of her.

Philip is doing very well. He is really enjoying India and I think he is looking forward to spending some time here.

Today Ruthie and I are going into town to buy Christmas decorations to put on our tree- (we actually have a tree!) so that should be fun.

Later!
