Fishing!

I think fishing is a great and wonderful activity, but I go fishing just to go fishing- not to actually CATCH anything! Fishing to me is more like an event rather than a procuring activity. I go fishing to climb trees and wade in the creek- you know.... fishing!
Well, I have been informed that that isn't exactly right and that when you go fishing, your goal ought to be to catch something... preferably a fish. My current goal is just to have fun, which is easily met, but I suppose I should raise my standards and start to catch things. So, here is me learning to fish to actually catch a fish.

This is called "casting" yeah... that one took a little practice.

Then you "reel" in the line and I didn't actually catch anything, but I got several bites. I just have to work on hooking them once they bite. So, There is my new philosophy of fishing!

Maybe next time I'll catch something!
