100 Things

So, thanks to Carol Bond, it came around to me that on your blog you are supposed to have a list of 100 or so interesting things about yourself. Things people may not know. So, here goes!

1. I wear a skirt almost every day.
2. I would never date a guy who didn't drive a standard 5 speed.
3. I hate makeup.
4. I would never even think about dating a guy who didn't have strong arms.
5. My fist kiss was at the age of 21.
6. I want a tattoo.
7. I drink wine.
8. I was thrown from a horse while riding bareback. Later that day I rode for 3 hours.
9. I drink tea at 11:00 and 4:00 every day.
10. biscuits means cookies.
11. I don't understand what a High School "Homecoming" is.
12. I've slow danced with a very hot marine in a bar.
13. I want a nose ring very badly.
14. I love to cook.
15. I want to be a photographer.
16. I change my own oil.
17. I rotate my own tires.
18. In America I drive a red Taurus SE- her name is Big Red.
19. I street race.
20. Sometimes the other person knows they are racing and sometimes they don't.
21. I play highway tag with boys.
22. I raced a Matice in a Camoro in town and beat the socks off him.
23. Football means soccer.
24. I am a very new believer in happy endings.
25. I wear a lot of long very full skirts.
26. I want to learn to quilt.
27. I crocheted a King Size afghan for my parents.
28. I love open air markets.
29. When I was small, my parents lived deep in a jungle tribe. One night I got sick with a fever and convulsions. My parents knew I would die. . . . I didn't!
30. I love Louis Armstrong.
31. I buy all my clothes at Goodwill and thrift stores.
32. I love motorcycles.
33. I don't wear a helmet.
34. I am a magazine fanatic.
35. Sunflowers are my favorite flower.
36. I dye my hair brunette, auburn and blond. My natural colour is a mix of all three.
37. I write real letters. The kind that come with stamps.
38. On rainy days, I read Sherlock Holmes.
39. I paint my tows once a week.
40. I am a persistent friend.
41. I ride cycles. One speeds. To places like the post office and the store.
42. I hate it when people stare at me. I can't stand it when people stare at me.
43. I don't like the fact that I am white- people wouldn't stare so much.
44. I always wanted to marry a black guy.
45. No kidding, I have always liked black guys.
46. I climb trees.
47. I want to be a rock climber.
48. I can't wear perfume.
49. I have an inner ear imbalance called Menier's Disease.
50. When I get sick, I pass out very easily.
51. I drink pills every day to help my ears with the fluid imbalance.
52. I cut hair.
53. I want to be a massage therapist.
54. I can't spell to save my life.
55. I am an auditory learner.
56. I like country music- thanks to Melodee!
57. I can't stay in one place for more than 3 months without going nuts!
58. I went to High School in Moscow, Russia.
59. I cannot wrap my mind around the fact that some people can actually DRIVE to the place they went to High School. Like they can SEE the place they went to High School.
60. There is no slot in my brain for the idea that people live in ONE HOUSE most of their life.
61. I love to drive.
62. I drive when I am happy, excited, lonely, terrified, or furious.
63. When I can't stand to be in one place anymore, I get in my car and drive somewhere.
64. I am learning Afrikaans.
65. I have an accent when I speak English.
66. I'll loose it soon after I get to America.
67. I love international food.
68. Everything I own fits in my car.
69. Every time I move, I pitch 1/3 of everything I own, give 1/3 away and keep the last third.
70. I have been stopped lots and lots of times for speeding and have never been dealt a ticket.
71. I have a really really hard time eating meat.
72. I am moving to Iowa.
73. This is going to be a problem.
74. I like Charles Dickens.
75. One day, I WILL drive a Mini Cooper.
76. My favorite movie is the Italian Job. Mark Walburg plays "Charlie" ooh my....
77. I always choose brown over black.
78. I don't know how to function fully in any society.
79. I know tiny fragments of lots of languages.
80. I use those fragments in my every day speech.
81. Every Christmas I watch Little Women and cry my eyes out. The movie is better than the book.
82. I lay out on our roof.
83. I want to memorize portions of scripture. . . I am working on Heb. 11.
84. I know the Lord.
85. He knows me.
86. He still loves me. . . . wow!
87. I am applying to a Nursing School in Iowa.
88. I can't think of anything more that is interesting.
