Autumn in Iowa

I took a lot of walks this fall and found some fun little things. First, the leaf up top is a nice looking leaf, and here is the imprint of leaves in the cement sidewalk from the rain. Leaves fall and they they are "mashed" into the cement and they stain it, making their mark. I liked it.

I took AJ out to the lake one afternoon, and we walked around and discovered a great path!

AJ and I decided it would be fun to have a winter "picnic" out by the watertower. So, here we are in the truck. We didn't last long because although it looks warm and sunny, it was not! We froze! and decided to eat in the car...
You are supposed to "Winterise" your car in the fall. So, I decided it was just about time for some new tires! So, these are my beautiful new tires!
That is about all the exciting happenings of the fall around here.
....Except, of course, that I passed all my exams and am officially half way done with my LPN!
